Welcome

Hey you guys! Thanks for stopping by my humble abode (aka blog). This blog will just basically be an advice column for teens who have a question about difficult things in life. I will be straight to the point. My method is tough love, I want you to be able to take something away from this and to do something productive because of the advice I give you. Only you can make your decisions, but maybe I can help you be more sure about what to do.

I have a lot of "experience" in the area of difficult decisions. My parents are divorced and both have remarried and then divorced again...yadda yadda yadda. I know how hard it is when your parents divorce and they marry other people. I also know what it is like when the person who your parent marries isn't fit for the job, to say the very least.

I know what it's like to be bullied. I hated getting up in the morning and having to go to school (or as I called it the "Hell House"). I would fake sick to get out of school because of a particularly horrible bullying experience the previous day. I eventually learned that I deserved to be treated like a real person and I switched schools. For me, that was the right thing to do. My situation called for a drastic change, but that doesn't mean that switching schools is right for you, but we will discuss my experience on another post.

Being a teenager is tough. I get it. I am one too. Sometimes I want advice but I can't go to my parents about it or they will freak out, I can't go to my friends because they won't understand....it seems like there is no one to turn to. I wish I had had this blog/advice column when I needed guidance, but I didn't. And that's why I decided to start one for the rest of you guys out there who need a push in the direction that's right for you.
